HEALTH COACHING PACKAGES

$85 PER HOUR

(Plus fees for Healthie, Venmo, or Cash-App to process payment). Hourly rate. It does include an in-depth assessment, collaborative goals, and an action plan if you prefer to pay as you go. Another option for hourly service can be for education purposes only (this option would require a shorter assessment) based on evidence-based resources, functional approach, and experience. An hourly rate might be appropriate for someone who needs their current plan adjusted. You can use your time as you choose!

$750 PACKAGE

(Plus fees for Healthie, Venmo, or Cash-App to process payment). This package includes ten hours of education, an in-depth assessment, collaborative goals, action plan, and reassessments as needed.

$1300 PACKAGE

(Plus fees Healthie, Venmo or Cash-App fees to process payment). This package includes 20 hours of education, an in-depth assessment, collaborative goals, action plan and reassessments as needed. ***Best deal, provides substantial discounted rate.

Payment is due at the time of the first meeting and will be pre-paid. If the client fails to show up for an appointment, the client will be charged $60 + Healthie, Venmo or Cash-App processing fees.
